This Privacy Policy explains how Sphere Technologies ("Sphere", "we", "us") handles personal data collected through our website at spheretech.com.tr. We are the data controller (veri sorumlusu) for this data, and we process it in line with Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and, where it applies, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
This policy covers this website only. Each app we publish on the App Store or Google Play has its own separate privacy policy, provided with that app.

02What we collect
- Information you send us. If you email us, we receive your email address, your name (if you provide it), and the contents of your message.
- Technical log data. Like any website, our hosting provider automatically records standard technical data when you visit — such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you view — for security and to keep the site running.
Our website does not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not build profiles of visitors.

- To meet our legal and regulatory obligations.
04Legal basis
We process personal data on the bases set out in KVKK Article 5 and GDPR Article 6 — namely your explicit consent where required, our legitimate interests in responding to you and securing the site, and where necessary to comply with a legal obligation.
05Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We use trusted service providers who process data on our behalf:
- Google (Firebase Hosting) — hosts this website and processes technical log data.
- Google Workspace — handles our email, including messages you send us.
We may also disclose data where required by law or a competent authority.
06International transfers
Our providers may process data on servers outside Türkiye. Where that happens, transfers are made in accordance with KVKK and, where applicable, GDPR safeguards.
07How long we keep it
We keep enquiry emails only for as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable period afterwards, then delete them. Technical logs are retained for a limited time by our hosting provider.
08Your rights
Under KVKK Article 11 and, where it applies, the GDPR, you have the right to learn whether we process your data; to request access to and information about it; to have it corrected, deleted, or updated; to object to processing; and to request that any resulting situation be notified to third parties. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@spheretech.com.tr. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Turkish Data Protection Authority (KVKK Kurumu).
09Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse, and unauthorised access.
10Children
This website is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.
11Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top shows the current version.
